Once your business formation has been finalised, your designated Key Account Manager will reach out to you to get the value-added services ball rolling. At this point, you might be wondering what types of value-added services we offer. The answer is a post business set-up review and two full business MOTs: one at the three-month mark and another at the six-month milestone.
Post business set-up review
Being in possession of your business licence is the first exciting step in your new venture. And now your thoughts will be turning to other considerations, including residency, banking, health insurance, accounts, yearly audits, business continuity and asset protection. Europe Emirates Group has got you covered.
As part of your business set-up and licensing package, we will schedule in a meeting to conduct a full business review touching on the following points:
- Dubai residency VIP Marhaba elite upgrade: this will reduce your residency application time from 21 to 7 days.
- Banking requirements: ensuring you are prepared for your bank meeting and meet the bank’s onboarding requirements.
- Health insurance: determining whether your existing health insurance meets your needs.
- Management of accounts and yearly audits (CT): making sure you are aligned with the Federal Tax Authority and can maintain Zero Tax as a qualifying free zone company.
- Business continuity and asset protection: determining whether your UAE assets and business continuity plans are in place or whether they need to be reviewed as per Shariah Laws.
Three-month and six-month full business MOT
And our commitment to you does not end there: we will check in with you once your company has been operating for three months and then at six months. At these milestones, we will undertake a comprehensive review of your company structure to ensure that it is in line with the licences you currently hold.
At our three-month and six-month reviews, we will cover the following points:
- Banking: are you encountering any banking issues?
- Licence category: are your original licences still in line with your operations?
- Residency: does your residency still serve in respect of your tax planning and operations?
- Health insurance: does your existing coverage meet your needs?
- Management of accounts and yearly audits (CT): are you aligned with the Federal Tax Authority and can maintain Zero Tax as a qualifying free zone company?
- Business continuity and asset protection: are your UAE assets and business continuity plans in place or do they need to be reviewed as per Shariah Laws?
If everything is aligned, no further action needs to be taken. However, if discrepancies are discovered, you are in the right hands: the Europe Emirates Group team will help fix them quickly and efficiently.
How does the VAS process work?
The whole process couldn’t be easier. After your business set-up is finalised and at the three-month and six-month anniversary of your venture, your designated Key Account Manager will reach out to you to schedule in a review.
